I am a Partner in the Agricultural Team at Michelmores and specialise in non-contentious agricultural and rural property. I'm also a qualified chartered surveyor in the Rural Faculty of the RICS, putting me in a unique position to provide advice to rural clients on a range of matters afecting their businesses. These include sales and purchases, landlord and tenant relationships, share and contract farming agreements, mortgaging and re-mortgaging, easements, covenants, sporting matters and renewable energy projects.
