Currently serve as Special Projects Manager of a highly respected, growing Mechanical & Electrical Design/Build Construction Firm. Handle difficult, fast-paced, technically challenging projects, both large and small scale. Largely work in the Healthcare, Institutional, and Government areas. Provide management & prudent engineering expertise/judgement to projects, solving acute or longer-term chronic system issues. Provide field-level engineering for emergency circumstances when needed. Work to salvage/rebuild customer relationships in staff projects requiring technical support and reinforcement. Also manage a smaller, dedicated service group serving multi-location healthcare clinics and outpatient facilities for a larger healthcare client. Train Jr. Staff and Project Engineers, assisting them to develop Construction Management and technical problem-solving skills. Served as Co-Service Manager w/in the Waldinger Mechanical Service Dept. Performed many of the same duties as previously after the acquisition of Wolin & Associates by The Waldinger Corp. Expanded duties to transitioning Service staff into the new Co., helping them to settle into similar roles under new Management. Assisted with inventory, assets, staffing credentials transfer & assimilation into The Waldinger Corp.
