My focus has been on programming, both in the server/client and web application worlds. As the complexity of the environments I worked in grew, so did my level of experience. I began working in both server and network administration. The more I learned, the more I understood how all pieces of the puzzle in the IT world fit together. In more recent years, my focus has shifted to the security aspects of technology world. Having the background that I do has allowed me to understand how hackers work and how software exploits are identified. I continue to learn and grow in this challenging area of IT and I look forward to the challenges faced each and every day.
