I’ve held many roles over the course of my professional life, including positions in purchasing, merchandising, and marketing. Yet at its core, my career is defined by the constant of delivering superior results for both customers and business partners. I’ve managed all facets of both large- and small-scale projects—from buy-in and adoption to implementation and execution. I approach my job with two goals in mind—excellence and success. In my current role with Fiskars, I lead a high performing, cross border team to drive product development and marketing for a multimillion-dollar line of business. In addition to owning the full product lifecycle—ideation, development, launch, marketing, sunset—I also partner with major retailers to optimize revenue and growth of key product categories. During my tenure with the company, I’ve enjoyed many successes, but one of which I am most proud is my work in scaling a new product category from zero to tens of millions of dollars annually, with a capitalized annual growth rate (CAGR) in the double digits. Above all, I am committed to building a culture of open and honest communication in which all colleagues, customers, and partners are positioned for success.
