My experience includes all facets of supply chain management, purchasing, forecasting, planning, inventory management, inventory audits, and inventory analysis. I get to know a product line to the point I know as much as possible about its “personality”, traits, and trends. I can tell you when a product line is behaving correctly and when it’s in trouble.
