For 17 years, 8 years of which I was completing high school and my college degrees, I was employed by Country Fresh, a $400 million Western Michigan Dairy Foods company. I began in Quality Control and learned the manufacturing process. Upon graduation from college in 1993, I developed a company wide employee training program covering eight manufacturing plants. I was then promoted to Corporate Pricing Manager reporting to the Senior Vice President of Administration. As the company grew I became part of an information system project team as Business Applications Manager. In March of 2002 I took this experience and joined Numeric Computer Systems as a Project Manager.
