I enjoy client facing roles where I can help a hiring manager find efficient and effective ways to hire technical talent in a competitive market. I also enjoy working with people to learn their career goals, motivations and interests to help them make those dreams come true. My current career goal is to continue growing as a Talent Advisor / Lead Technical Recruiter. I enjoy working with teams that believe in growth, that push each other to succeed towards a common goal as a team. I thrive in the "work hard / play hard" environment where accountability is a team effort and goals aren't always focused on profitability but also involve tying personal career goals back to the business goals. I have found working this way generates passion amongst team members to work towards any goal, no matter how difficult. As a leader, I lead from the front, by example. I'll be there to support you when you need it as well as give you the autonomy you need to execute on your goals. I have a passion for improvement whether that is improving recruiting processes, making the candidate experience the best it can be or improving ones self. I have a desire to impact an organization when it comes to talent acquisition strategies and organizational development initiatives and most importantly leave a lasting legacy with everything I do.
