Senior Brand Manager with over 12 years practical experience in managing the leading brands of Grupa Żywiec portfolio (currently our flagship brand: Heineken), supported with knowledge gained during studies at the Chartered Institute of Marketing. I planned and executed promotional campaigns (both ATL & BTL), including TV, digital, OOH, press, cinema, ambient, sampling, event sponsorship (Żywiec Student Days, Męskie Granie tour), sports sponsorship (UEFA Europa League, Legia Warszawa, Asseco Resovia Rzeszów), celebrities (Adam Nawałka, Ronaldinho Gaucho, Jerzy Dudek, Artur Boruc, Otsochodzi), effectively leading cross-functional teams. I have experience in insights and positioning concepts generation as well as general product concepts development. Strong NPD experience: I launched big product innovations (Heineken Silver, Warka Radler 0.0%, Warka Radler Apple, Tatra Grzaniec & Specjal Jubileuszowy) + several smaller packaging innovations.
