Initially I started out as a Salesforce Admin for IHSMarkit. I worked my way up by getting admin certified, and learning integrated systems such as DocuSign and Drawloop as well. After working at Markit for 3 years we merged with IHS, which resulted in the path to consolidating our CRM systems.. As a result we started building our Salesforce system from the ground up. At that time I was an advanced admin and I was involved in redesigning our entire Service setup on the backend. By that time we were managing and developing for 1500~ users. A year later we were looking to migrate another 2000 users onto our system, by that time I had transitioned to a product owner and I was responsible together with my colleagues for making sure their gaps were logged and prioritized before their go-live. Since that time I have been responsible for migrating 3 more systems onto our platform, totalling 750~ users that I have been looking to move over to one consolidated salesforce platform.
