Recognized as U.S. Kids Top 50 Master Teachers and inducted into the Roanoke Valley Golf Hall of Fame. Owner of the Roanoke Valley Junior Golf Association and serves on Roanoke Valley First Tee Board of Directors.Four years in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry. Part of a 3-man team that founded EvolutionHR and served as Director of Operations. Responsibilities included implementing human resource management strategies that enable Evolution|HR to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Specializes in talent management, staffing, learning and development.Currently, COO of CaddieNow merging 25+ years of golf experience with new skill sets acquired in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry. CaddieNow has recruited over 9000 caddies for our partners. As COO, we help develop caddies to be a valuable part of the hospitality team through recruiting the top talent, providing continuing education and improving daily efficiencies using our industry leading technology.
