After an extended adventure in China (including Hong Kong & Macau) I had since last year left behind the high flying and high-rise projects in the last decade or so to provide technical support for much more meaningful projects locally in UK by managing project specifications and technical audits in our Glasgow office. My China experience are mainly focused on mixed use/ highrise (200m to 500m) and mega-scale commercial projects in Macau, Tianjin, Shanghai, Dalian and Guangzhou - including City of Dream Resort in Macau, Tianjin Goldin Poloclub Hotel, Tianjin 117, various residential projects in Dalian, urban scale retail/office complexes in Shanghai Xintiandi, the Transaction Centre superhigh rise office and residential tower in Hengqin, Zhuhai, and finally various smaller scale educational projects and tourist projects also in Zhuhai. Prior to the China adventure, my main portfolio includes residential, educational, commercial and institutional projects mainly in and around Glasgow area, including 110 St Vincent Street, Glasgow Schools PFI and Unite student housing.
