I have over 10 years of experience in business improvement roles, analysing and reporting data, and managing improvement projects end to end. I also have extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle and SAP, but can very quickly pick up new systems. Over the last year, I have been consulting under my own business “Supply Sense” and sub-contracting to the company “ArcBlue”. During my latest 6-month engagement with Tafe SA, I worked with guidance from the Tonsley Business Operations Manager to create finance, material management and work activity reports. I mapped and documented the complete end to end supply chain process, creating all the required policies and work instructions. Starting with the governing purchasing policy through to instructional documents for conducting a stocktake with hand held RF devices. I played a key role in the successful transition from a 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) to the employment of Tafe SA staff. This involved training new staff in business processes through to the highly technical aspects of the warehouse management system (PULSE WMS) employed at the Tonsley Warehouse. With my technical systems knowledge and previous supply chain experience, I worked autonomously, mapping processes, writing reports, testing the ERP system (including debugging) and documenting business and systems processes along the way.
