Toni Smith-Pickles

I am passionate about what I do and I am happiest when I am helping others; encouraging positive life changes and experiences. I have experience in assisting with the planning of children’s events, and supporting adult community groups. I have IT knowledge, both MS Office and MacOS and extensive report writing experience. I frequently liaise with both internal and external services which has encouraged me to build strong working relationships with others. I have attended a number of training programmes including “Masterclass with Refugee Action Group”, “Safeguarding within the Community and Voluntary Sector” and “Recognising and Responding to Domestic Abuse and Violence Level 2"I spend a lot of my free time reading and completing online courses to further my knowledge in areas of interest, as such childrens mental health and wellbeing.
