Toni Vines

Ms. Vines is a Project Manager Lead based out of DC. She is an expert eDiscovery and Project Management with 20+ years leveraging her knowledge, skills and abilities on cross-functional teams. Ms. Vines supports attorneys, executives, software developers and subject matter experts across government and corporate corporations. She has 10 + years supporting DOJ, 5+ years managing projects for the Office of the Comptroller of Treasury. Ms. Vines stood up processes for the architecture, design, creation, population, QC and maintenance to modernize the litigation discovery database. With a collaboration spirit she served as a liaison for stakeholders to negotiate time and resources using ranking profiles to resolve competing priorities creating critical forward paths, thus maintaining scope to complete projects successfully.
