Work Profile For the past 9 years I have been working in the Hosted services department of ECi Software Solutions, in my role as Hosted Services Technician. Managing the datacenter infrastructure servers and databases necessary to supply software to our Office products, manufacturing and print management dealers. I also previously have 13 years manufacturing work experience with Toyota Motor manufacturing In Burnaston Derbyshire. And hold an NVQ Level 2 in Performing manufacturing operations & Business Improvement techniques (Process Improvement). My current duties involve the responsibility for uptime and availability of systems, including managing SQL databases, VMWare Server virtualization, SonicWALL virtual private networks, Printing (Including label printers), email and all other aspects of server management. I am also responsible in my role as workload coordinator, for holding weekly team meetings to discuss, schedule & assign, projects and tasks, using Version one planning and scheduling software. Working to strict deadlines.
