He has 14 years of classroom teaching experience, and was awarded 2010 Broward County Public Schools Teacher of the Year. Tony holds a BA in Exceptional Student Education, a Master Degree in Instructional Technology, and is currently in the dissertation process for his doctorate in Educational Leadership, specializing in Educational Technology. He has been instrumental in creating a one-to-one laptop classroom focused on 21st century skills instruction for a team of teachers within the Reading, Language Arts, Science, History, and Mathematics core team.
