Tony Pompeo

In addition to being an experienced Pilot and Mechanic, I have a unique blend of knowledge, attention to detail and people skills that have allowed me to be an effective “hands-on” manager. My Aviation experience is extensive, my troubleshooting skills (with people, systems and machines) are detailed and disciplined, while always remembering to treat people with respect. I started my aviation career while attending Aero Mechanics Vocational High School. The skills I developed in maintenance have transferred well into flying as well as problem solving and streamlining of business procedures. I’ve been trained as a manager and know how to get the best out of people. My experience in VIP charter and scheduled airline has allowed me to employ and perfect all my interpersonal skills so that I could maintain a safe and efficient professionalism. I’m committed to the job and have the ability to coordinate and communicate with subordinates and co-workers of varied backgrounds; yet, I still know how to have fun and keep it light.
