I am currently Staff Writer on Queen of the South, the top-rated Thursday night drama on cable. I am the artist, co-writer and co-creator of "Concrete Park" a new graphic novel published by Dark Horse Comics. Concrete Park was selected as one of the Best American Comics, 2013 and is a 2016 Glyph Award-winner. As the first African-American screenwriter to create a $100 million action film (the 1996 Arnold Schwarzenegger blockbuster "Eraser") I've written films for Oliver Stone, Mel Gibson, Jerry Bruckheimer and Will Smith. My most recent scripts were for RKO Pictures. "Lady Scarface" and "Sudden Fear". My national poster for Hillary Clinton's historic 2008 presidential campaign was recently added to the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institution's National Portrait Gallery.
