I am PMP, CSPO, CSM, ITIL, and Atlassian Master certified. I’ve excelled as a program/project manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, QA Tester, Risk and Compliance analyst and Change Manager. I perform well in companies with high personal accountability, team collaboration and empowerment, and recognition of a job well done. My specialties include: managing all aspects of SDLC, coaching and practicing best project management practices, IT work stream management, and crafting and implementing innovative and valued solutions for the business and IT. Process, continuous improvement, customer service, and reliable delivery of value are my tools. The Atlassian suite and mentoring IT minds are my passions.
