Conducting successful open enrollment meetings resulting with members' understanding their benefits through sincere empathy is my goal. My experience in the Life and Health Benefits industry for the past 16 years, has enabled me to be successful in any group or team. I enjoy being the main point of contact for employers as well as their employees and their dependents. My understanding of all angles of this industry ranging from issuing member ID cards to account maintenance to the resolution of claims aids in my quest to providing excellent customer service. Consequently, my aptitude has enabled me to be successful as a mentor and point of reference to my colleagues. A drive with an emphasis of excellent customer service helps create long lasting client relationships thus, culminating in ranking client retention levels if my contribution to this industry.
