After nearly two decades of specialising in qualitative healthcare market research, my focus has now shifted to mentoring aspiring researchers & leaders of the future and ensuring So What? offers a Great Place to Work, whilst maintaining my client focus and strategic input into qualitative methodologies and outputs. I am passionate about developing and sustaining high performing teams through strong leadership and a supportive, motivating culture. My background prior to this includes: • 20 years' experience in healthcare market research in both Australia and the UK, across a huge range of different therapy areas including immunology, neuroscience, oncology and metabolic syndromes • Introducing ‘design thinking’ approaches to traditional market research methodologies • Previously an Account Director at one of the UK’s leading employer communication agencies, I have a deep understanding of the goals, drivers and needs of brand teams and I’m highly skilled at delivering superlative customer service • Working as a volunteer counsellor at Lifeline in their face to face program, supporting people in crisis or at difficult stages of their life Outside of work you'll find me at the beach, training in my garage gym, drinking coffee with friends or watching American Football!
