More than 30 years of wide IT-business experience as Development and Application consultant, Team Lead, Project Manager, Application Manager and Service Delivery Manager within the private sector and public sector. Working with large as well as smaller companies, as internal and external consultant, has given me a wide businesses understanding. During the years I have always taken an organized and structured approach to solving problems, and also define suggestions/improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of various business processes and projects. The last 25 years I have been working within regulated businesses, pharmaceutical and financial companies, with various tasks as Technical Design and Development, Test and Documentation, Education, IT Service Management, Infrastructure design and Implementation. Among colleagues I’m known as a confidence-inspiring high achiever with excellent creativity, strong analytical and organizational skills. I work closely with colleagues and their business areas, and have often negotiated with vendors on behalf of different business areas. My colleagues see me as honest, open minded, positive, communicative and a confident professional and resourceful team player who build strong relationships with colleagues, vendors and business partners. In my current position, I’m responsible for numerous cross company activities and initiatives, and among these is a unique Service Management concept which connects the complex service delivery from an outsourcing partner with company business experts and managers. This ensures a highly efficient and trustful collaboration between the Outsourcing partner and the business with great success.
