Tosin Adeniyi

One could describe me as a jack of several trades with core skills in public speaking, project management, and relationship building. Since finding my professional start as a freelance brand designer, my advertising career has evolved a great deal and I now work in account management. Outside of that, I’ve spent a considerable chunk of the past 2 years working with IMDOINGIT to help Black youth kickstart their careers. Most notably, I created a program, All Things Ad through which 70+ mentoring relationships were formed, and about 120 were reached. Finally, I work full time on being Tosin Adeniyi. You could call this my truest passion— living fully and authentically, and I feel most alive when inspiring others to do the same. In a 2021 article, Strategy Magazine described me as a “shift disturber”; in a 2022 Slack exchange, my manager described me as “eagle eyes”, and every day my mom describes me as “baby”. I am equally enamored by all three descriptions as they encapsulate the person I aspire to be— non-conforming, detail-oriented, and my mother’s favorite child.
