I have been a case manager for the past four years. I currently case manage 4 clients ranging from 13-17 years who all require a range of different day to day needs in our 13 week program. It is my role to intensively work with the young people, their families and the overall care team to assess where the best place for them to transition to after their time spent within the program. Youth workers help to implement the care plan I develop with the young people on a daily basis. I have worked with children for the past eight years through Out Of Home Care in three different NGO’s. I am looking forward to extending myself further in the industry of social work. Every child matters whether they have experienced trauma or not.
