Traci Lupo

Traci Lupo is a brand strategist and market researcher experienced in building culturally iconic brands for over 15 years. Most recently, Traci was Head of Strategy at Phenomenon, an innovation and ideation company in Los Angeles, helping to invent, reinvent and invigorate brands in media, technology, hospitality, food, and fashion. As a former strategy director at Butler Shine Stern and Partners, she led the charge to grow the MINI Cooper business globally and helped turn Piperlime into a well known US brand. She also led strategy and growth on iconic brands including Chipotle, Converse, Columbia Sportswear and Nordstrom. Previously, she spent several years in brand strategy for Levi’s and leading consumer insights for the Gap, Inc. in San Francisco. Traci currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Jeff, and son, Henry.
