Tracy A. DiFonzo [email protected] With a background in mental health, coaching, case management, and leadership I provide a unique opportunity for my clients. My style is warm and supportive which enables me to connect with people quickly and assess the need/problem, helping the client move forward to the desired path or goal. I believe in looking at what is working in a person’s life and building on that. I use a variety of therapeutic methods, including solution-focused therapy, strength-based interventions, mindfulness, appreciative inquiry, cognitive restructuring, re-framing, self-compassion, and work around mindset. I pride myself on being an excellent listener, understand how to engage and form long standing relationships based on trust to maximize client’s ability to feel safe and be open and work towards long standing change. My clients have been my barometer - giving me consistent feedback over the years: You were always there for me; You never judge; You listen to me and help me achieve my goals. An LCSW for over twenty years and currently pursuing ICF accreditation. As a coach and therapist, I draw from 15+ years in direct practice, as well my previous role providing management and leadership in a hospital setting.
