Ensure pipeline contractors contracted to conduct integrity projects follow all scope of work policies, guidelines, work procedures set forth by any of the following parties. Operator, EPA, BMP, Nationwide 12, FERC, Railroad Comm. Etc. For the entire duration of the construction process on a safe cost effective bases. Must communicate with project management as requested to ensure material, MTR's, pipe deliveries/ properly received and documented. Also thoroughly complete daily construction progress reports which are to be sent out daily so all parties involved are kept current with progress, schedule, outages, issues or concerns etc. As Chief Im responsible for much more than the short summary listed above but one thing I strive the most on is putting together an issuing a COMPLETE job book with all required documentation/AutoCad redlined drawing once construction is completed.
