Relentless at seeking value from change and for bringing people together in the pursuit of common goals, I am an experienced PMO and Project Manager having worked in a multitude of sectors from healthcare through to FMCG. My early career as a Data Analyst progressed into Project Management before setting up and managing Project Management Offices in both an IT and Manufacturing/Supply Chain functions. A proven track record in delivery from implementation of patient care systems in 5 university hospitals within Europe, through support of factory footprint changes saving in excess of £100m and a major ERP implementation, I have spent almost my entire career managing and facilitating change.
