Trevor Fleming

I have worked for Score Group for over 25 years. Having served a 6 year Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship with the company from 1997, I have held various supervisory positions including Valve Workshop Team Leader (TL), Drawing Office TL and Repair Quoting TL. During this time, I worked on various offshore installations in the North Sea supervising teams of Score personnel through a variety of valve related shutdown workscopes. I moved into production management in in 2009 where I have held roles as the Deputy Works Manager, and Works Manager prior to accepting my current position as the Operations Manager for Scotland in 2017, responsible for the Europe & Africa HQ in Peterhead, as well as our two facilities in Fife. I also sat on the board of Score Training Ltd as the Production Director from 2016 until the company was dissolved into the wider Score Group in 2019. Throughout my career in management, I have overseen significant growth in the Europe & Africa Business Unit whist supporting the wider Score Group business. I am currently responsible for over 450+ Production / Warehouse staff throughout our Scottish facilities, providing technical and commercial leadership across 35+ valve contracts for major oil and gas operators in the North Sea. I am also responsible for the development of our Score On-site Services division which we launched in 2016 and has grown into a significant revenue stream for the business. I have recently completed a BA in Business Management at RGU where I received a distinction.
