Trevor retired from his full time position as Head of Client Relations and Business Development at QIC Real Estate in December 2009. He came out of retirement to assume the role of Manager Client Relations for The Infrastructure Fund from 2010 to 2016. His employment at QIC spanned a period of 10 years and, prior to that, he was the General Manager Operations and the Deputy CEO of Qld Local Government Super for 8 years. Prior to joining LG Super, Trevor was a fund executive with CAA Staff Super Scheme for several years. His earlier career took a different path including a stint in the Army where he was trained as a Vietnamese linguist before serving as an interpreter with Army Intelligence in Vietnam for a period of 14 months followed by intelligence roles in Australia. Trevor holds a Diploma in Superannuation Management and is a Fellow of ASFA. In 2007 he was awarded Life Membership of ASFA in recognition of his contribution to the superannuation industry.
