A Self Motivated professional with extensive Global Project and Service Management experience relating to the identification and delivery of a range of products and services and having extensive knowledge of the “Full Life Cycle” delivery process using structured Methodologies (including PRINCE 2), to various Industry sectors coupled with experience in client facing roles at both Domestic and International locations, able to work at all level of an organisations hierarchy both with and through the customers resources. Highlights 1. Demonstratable ability to manage Stakeholders/Customers and to identify and manage customer requirements while always monitoring, and reporting on, the overall profitability of the project. Align key stakeholders around the delivery elements of the service change (resourcing, process implementation, architecture and technology changes, etc). 2. Willingness to travel on a global basis as required establishing ongoing and successful relationships across customer business areas in order to deliver successful projects, or multiple projects end to end through the lifecycle to agreed time, quality and cost. 3. Extensive experience of managing project budgets to full P&L responsibility up to £12m and successfully managing the delivery from planning, resource and task allocation to development, testing and implementation and establishing post-project customer support using both in-house resource and/or selected strategic partners. 4. Roles would include Management of the Customer Professional Service delivery (in line with SLA’s, OLA’s etc), effective change and cost control and establishing key risk management and contingency facilities including Continuity planning. 5. Extensive experience of managing budgets of up to £15m including contractors, suppliers 3rd parties, partners and vendors with average lifecycles of ranging 3 to 18 months, including establishing delivery on a multi-project and multi-country basis. Specialties: 1.Led creation development integration and established operational capability of Back-up and Recovery support of mobile/web based products to a major new network for 3G mobile operator “3” at domestic and International locations on assignment from LogicaCMG Integrated new tools for Vodafone Japan to enable synchronisation of contacts for PDA’s on assignment from LogicaCMG. 3. Implemented Network solutions, including Voice IP, internet and e-business tools for Interoute Telecoms.
