Trina Wright joins Russell Reynolds Global Real Estate practice with twelve years of executive search experience leading client engagements across the C-Suite and other senior roles. Based in San Francisco, Trina spends her time working with commercial real estate operators and developers, private equity and investment management clients recruiting senior talent across a wide spectrum of functions. Prior to joining the firm, Trina worked at Ferguson Partners, a boutique executive search and professional services firm dedicated to the real estate and related industries. There, she was a Director in the search practice in New York and then San Francisco, focused on recruiting senior executives to public and private real estate companies. Prior to Ferguson Partners, Trina was a member of the financial services practice with another boutique executive search firm in in New York. Trina began her career in finance at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Trina received her B.A in Business Economics from The University of California, Santa Barbara where she played NCAA Division I soccer. Trina is passionate about her not-for profit activities. She is a founding member of the Real Estate Council for Make-A-Wish Foundation, Greater Bay Area. She is also the Vice Chair of membership for the national Technology Real Estate Council (Gold Flight) with the Urban Land Institute.
