An experienced yet still curious and dynamic professional holding more than ten years of experience with development and humanitarian projects/programs in global and multi-cultural settings, including in Iran, South Sudan, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana, Greece, Switzerland, Norway and Denmark. With experience from the UN and several NGOs including extensive exposure to both protection and programmatic areas. Structured and organised, with a keen eye for detail, and capacity to keep many balls in the air. With strong communication skills both written and verbal and experience applying those when drafting policies, strategies, operational guidance and other supporting documents, as well as in constructive communication and coordination with external actors. Leadership and management experience, with a focus on building and sustaining a conducive work environment internally and externally. Experienced in the areas of Awards/grants management, refugee protection, public health, programming and administration including Roster management, with particular technical capacity in the areas of community based protection including community engagement and empowerment, reproductive health, child protection, sexual and gender based violence, cash based initiatives, education, livelihoods etc. Strong capacity in the areas of strategic planning and development, results based management, operational planning and development, budgeting, M&E and reporting incl. Donor management, and internal/external capacity building. I have furthermore functioned as executive assistant to a UN country Representative.
