Troy is responsible for Field Demand and Events in the Americas. His team creates a digital engagement experience and live event experience for customers and prospects and with a focus in delighting customers and generating marketing pipeline. The team’s digital marketing specialist and event coordinators collaborate across marketing, sales and operations with a data driven approach to lead vision and execution in targeting the most profitable segments with properly aligned value propositions. Lead creation, qualification and flow of leads to sales are managed by the team. Furthermore, the team aligns global campaigns with Sales Development Representative (SDR) led call plays with a marketing bill of materials that includes sales enablement, customer facing collateral, sequenced phone and email scripts and social media content to drive demand. Troy joined Juniper in 2004 as a Sr. Marketing Manager within the Americas Field Marketing team. In this role he developed messaging, value propositions, marketing collateral and presented frequently at industry and Juniper customer events. He transitioned to the marketing lead for Juniper’s Installed Base segment responsible for customer loyalty, then to the Marketing Solutions team where he collaborated to help develop and market Juniper’s revolutionary 3-2-1 Data Center solution, then to the Marketing Strategy team with a focus on go-to-market innovation with cross-sell and up-sell execution, then back to the Americas Field Marketing team where his role evolved into the global responsibilities he has today. It’s Troy’s diverse strengths across technology, marketing, communications and analytics that have enabled him to succeed in so many diverse marketing roles and responsibilities. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, Troy was a Marketing Manager at Carrier Access reporting to the CEO. He has always been evolved with and enjoys high technology markets and fast pace business environments.
