Troy Robertson

As a Queen's University graduate with a degree in Computer Engineering, I have a passion for software development and finding efficient solutions to large scale problems. I am a result-oriented individual who finds nothing more satisfying that creating clean maintainable code that can both meet and exceed a clients specifications. I enjoy finding efficient ways to fix both complex and simple systems while working in a fast paced environment. Throughout my time at Detour Gold (owner of Canada's second largest gold producing mine) I have learnt to work with a significant diversity of people ranging from apprentices and tradesmen to directors and executives. Through that experience I have developed several management systems that have spanned most level of the management hierarchy, which helped kindle a passion for making applications that the end user both want and enjoy using.
