KEY FUNCTIONAL AREA’S MEDIA OPERATIONS/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT  Developing a media strategy for implementing media objectives.  Designing media tactics for realizing media strategy.  Proposing procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of the media plan.  Managing revenue, Identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximise customer satisfaction level.  Exploring potential business avenues thru’ media and managing projects operations for achieving increased business growth and initiating market development efforts.  Manage media budgets and execution of authorized plans, purchase orders and media payments. Approve advertising billing and invoices for payment. Communicate with agencies and billing issues and dispute resolution.  Manage media agencies in the development and execution of media plans, from recommended purchase through post analysis. Act as primary contact with media agencies: manage day-to-day relationship and supervise their work.  Supervising end-to-end project execution of Teleshopping Call Centre. Preparation of RFP and related documents, site supervision.  Handling activities for client products/ projects and handling the complete cycle of the project management entailing requirement estimation and final execution of product and project.
