After experiencing three years working in 5-stars international Hotels and two years being Life Insurance Specialist at Generali Vietnam, I find myself befitting with jobs that have a dynamic, creative, and open environment. In this Digital transformation Era, things can be changed, replaced, modified, and innovated every day. That's why I tend to be a "customer service-oriented" person because I believe, without a doubt, people will be easier (easy to talk to, easy to buy, easy to make friends rather than just a customer) when they are happy, pleased, respected. Besides, Critical thinking, Goal-setting, and Teamwork are beneficial assets throughout my career. I'm more than confident in communicating with people. When discussing a project with colleagues, I have no fear to talk about my ideas or opinions but, still, listen to others with an opened-mind.
