Tyler Simmons

Tyler manages Benefits for 200 employees including investigating ways to improve their experience. He has researched and written the first budget and survey's in his departments history. He managed recruitment for 2 studios and US employees full life cycle prior to onboarding a full-time Recruiter in late 2020. He has worked with department executives to improve employees overall experience from HCMs to benefits and perks. He created a new training program for the New York Film Academy, Los Angeles. His efforts resulted in the creation of the Onboarding Coordinator position. He has navigated the hurdles of a new and growing Human Resources department. He has over fifteen years progressive experience in leadership, development, & training with multiple areas of knowledge including management, operations, accounting, & marketing. He has managed expenses, scheduling, training, and departmental meetings. He worked with department heads to navigate structural & operational obstacles for transition to new facilities and was a leading contributor for Walt Disney Parks Global Training within the Entertainment Division. He maintains high performance work ethics to deliver optimal results in an effective, timely, safe, & cost effective manner.
