Tyner Regina

I have worked for Hennepin Health care for 8yrs and enjoy taking care of patients needs. My years of experience at Hennepin Health have allowed me to be familiar with healthcare policies, practices, as well as having the skills it takes to be successful in a health care setting. I currently work in the scheduling department covering patients needs from scheduling, insurances and emergency services. The requirements of my current role as a Team Coordinator parallel with some of the responsibilities of a Supervisor which consist of coaching, leading and mentoring staff. I possess excellent communication, confidence, problem solving, analytical skills as wells organizational and leadership skills. My strengths lies in seeing a task through from beginning to end as well as being detail oriented. I work well as part of a team, individually and always open to learn new processes, procedures and challenges.
