Working as salesforce administrator at Techmahindra private limited as a Senior Software Engineer. As part of my project, I worked in Health Care projects as a team member and delivered successfully our project deliverables to the Client successfully.Over 6.4 years of IT experience worked on salesforce, ITIL(ServiceNow)tool, Manual testing(Application Lifecycle Management), Agile scrum methodology.Worked on SFDC configuration and customization ,validation rules, work flow rules, approval processes, sharing rules, custom settings, custom components and data migration activities using data wizard and apex data loader through API's. Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks providing security controllers to users by Profiles, Roles, Permission sets, Sharing settings, SQL and organization wide default settings.Looked after the responsibility of designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions for clients. Configuring Page Layouts, Record Types, Managing Fields and their dependencies, Tabs, Search Layouts and Button & Links.Good knowledge on Approval Processes, Outbound /Inbound Messages.Knowledge on Data integration tools like Apex Data Loader.Having knowledge on Rally where projects are organized in various releases which consists of repeatable sprints in Rally for design- develop-test-evaluate before it deploys to customer.Updated different types of SCS(System Configuration Specification) documents during the releases.
