My name is Udaikumar Anjanaiah. Family and friends address me as Udai (woo-thy). After earning an Engineering and MBA degrees, my career path has been working as a lead consultant in Oracle technologies with emphasis on ERP and delivering solutions to complex business problems to xlients inTelecom, Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Retail industry sectors. I collaborate with diversified team in designing a feasible and quality solution to business requirements and strive to develop a reasonable ROI to the business. I believe that innovative and effective solutions are developed through collaboration. Because collabortaion amalgamates knowledge, experience and attitude that leads the path to the most appropriate solution. I am now focussed on being a well organised leader in implementing multiple initiatives across different business functions including Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Finance and Human Capital.
