I am Working as a Scrum Master at Innovaccer Inc. A Silicon Valley-based healthcare technology company. I am responsible for :- Ensuring that Sprint goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team. Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value. Coaching the Development Team to become self-organised and cross-functional. Facilitating outcome-based time-bound Scrum events i.e. Daily standups, Sprint grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review & Retrospective. Removing impediments & blockers of the Development Team to maintain focus on the deliverables. Ensures the timely opening & closing of sprints with the goal of producing a potentially usable increment at the end of every sprint. Helping the Scrum team in maintaining Jira hygiene. Own the Team's Jira Board & ensure all the epics, user stories & Tasks are being created & maintained by the team in an appropriate manner. Responsible for sharing Engineering Sprint report, Burndown after every Sprint to all the stakeholders mentioning the Velocity consumed, Spillover & other necessary information. Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption. Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development. Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
