As you can see I have 14 years of experience in PHP and within that more than 10 years in a lead role. I have gained a lot of experience in areas where problem solving, system thinking and process oriented skills are essentially required. As a lead developer and a team leader I have had the responsibility of coordingating team members, technical supervision, estimating development costs of projects and ensuring optimal resource allocation. There was a time when I lead the frontend, the .NET and the tester teams over the backend, so I was the supervisor of 20 employee. According to my colleagues I am proficient at writing tender material and technical documentations, I am constructive and creative and I have accurate cost estimations most of the time. They have also stated that I am strict but democratic leader and I do not generate stress while still being able to work under pressure. I worked on Hungarian Telekom, Samsung, Tesco, Procter&Gamble, MKB Bank, Beiersdorf, Philip Morris, MTVA, etc projects where there were web solutions and mobile applications mixed.
