For the past 4 years, I have worked as a Community Technology Leader and Engineering Manager for several business and technology teams, conducting architectural and technical decisions in addition to business OKRs, leading transformations at a fast pace, customer-centric and learning organization, through the agile and lean mindset. I strongly believe that the results obtained from a motivated, happy team, with self-learning and high performance, with clear knowledge of our customers, investors and products, developing them as much as individually collectively, in order to give autonomy to achieve the results. I believe that software engineering is about solving real-life problems. It is important to have a solid background in technology and to be eager to learn new technologies and standards, but to be able to decide the best available to solve a real customer problem. Therefore, always focus on managing a product / platform balance between evolving it technically and adding new features to maximize value for the business and customers, working closely with product leads and making data-based decisions.
