Ulf Eriksson

I divide my time between two important areas; one is as a trainer for students in requirements management and testing and the other is as a property developer in my portfolio of apartment buildings and single-family homes. In my role as a trainer, I am passionate about helping students into their new professional lives. My core subjects are requirements management for IT systems, testing and quality assurance of IT systems, agile frameworks and UX. I am also passionate about developing the students' soft skills, for example conflict management, group development, feedback and feed forward. All for the students to be good both in their subject and in their self-esteem and interaction with others. As a property developer, I develop properties that I myself would like to live in. Right now I have apartment houses for seniors with a residential feel where tenants can socialize if they want, and have access to garden, patio etc. I build energy-efficient and climate friendly with wooden houses, PV-panels etc. I also have a ski apartment and a couple of houses that I run as an AirBnB in the immediate area. I have more real estate development projects at the planning stage.
