Ulrike Schilling

With my academic roots and a strong background in the service industry, I am focused on achieving outstanding results. My emphasis is on integrity, effective communication and determined negotiating based on sound research. Having lived on Auckland‘s North Shore for more than 20 years, I am involved in the local community. Working with me also means working with somebody who listens and adapts to her client’s needs, as well as being pro-active, persevering and driven by the passion to successfully complete a task. Important to me are my client‘s priorities and goals, and I always work along their instructions and timelines. Based upon your decisions, I will manage the significant process of selling or buying a property with an eye to protecting your interests.
