I am the President/CEO of Wedding Day Diamonds. Along with my brother, Dean, we have grown this company from one store at the Eden Prairie Mall in 1978 to 9 beautiful Twin Cities locations. We built this business on a foundation of strong ethics and the passion to create a jewelry store like no other. We focused in on the engagement ring business and have grown our company around this model. Currently, we have a USP that rises above our competition, making every engagement ring from scratch. Our stores are filled with beautiful designer samples that are then ordered upon request of the client. They can be custom made and modified to fit the needs of every single person that walks into our stores. I am responsible for all financials, store/sales growth, banking relationships, training, HR, analysis, operations. I oversee the entire corporate office as well as the store management team. I am constantly looking for ways that my team can grow and become more efficient. Some may think of us as a small business but I envision great things for Wedding Day Diamonds. Wedding Day Diamonds Mission Statement: Wedding Day Diamonds is a team dedicated to consistently meeting the needs of our clients. Work Background: My father started this company and as a family business, I assisted him in creating a foundation that my brother and I then built upon. It has been absolutely amazing to watch this company grow into what it is today and I work every day to elevate it to the next level. Philanthropy: Giving back to my community is a very important part of both my personal and professional life. At Wedding Day, we have participated in many philanthropic endeavors including Humor to Fight the Tumor, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, Walk to End Hunger, CCRF, Kaposia, ARC and more.
