I am an experienced compliance professional, with passion for doing things right the first time. With 9+ years of diverse experience in the areas of policy development, process improvements and managing RTO compliance, I have developed and implemented strategies and compliance programs engaging internal and external stakeholders at all levels. I have designed and implemented Compliance Programs to identify, mitigate and manage operational and regulatory risks. Undertook monitoring and reporting of Compliance systems and controls to allow visibility and reporting to senior management. Assisted the business to manage compliance with all regulatory requirements including VET Quality Framework, CRICOS legislation, NEAS accreditation, Corporations Act, the Australian Privacy Principles and State Funding regulatory requirements. My skills on project management have played a big role in streamlining administration processes, coordinating all aspects of accreditations, external audits and coaching clients during the audit, implementing continuous improvement strategy, undertaking quality internal audits and identifying efficient reporting channels through review of internal processes. My personal and professional integrity accompanied with my strong work ethics are complemented by my ability to quickly adapt to the variety of environments, tasks and requirements. Strong background in Company Law with a Bachelor of Commerce major in Accounting. I have completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with Swinburn.
