Ursula Andinach

I have working the the Performing Arts industry for over 10 years. In this time I have worked in several capacities including Technical, Office and Management. I have experience with answering phones, taking ticket sales; both over the phone and cash sales, talking to venue uses and touring groups, scheduling technical staff; generating Events Perfect reports and xls booking sheets, venue mail outs, generating SABO shows for venue ticket sales, relief for technical, admin and management staff, maintenance of venue equipment and venue databases for ticketing and mail outs. I was the manager of Cummins Theatre in Merredin for two years. In this position I was responsible for all aspects of the venue including but not exclusive to venue, box office and technical operations, programming, ticketing, marketing, bar management, venue hire and tours, grants funding, and budgeting. During this time I served on the CircuitWest committee. I was involved the creation of Techwest. I am experienced with MicrosoftOffice, Word, XLS and database management systems. I am also familiar with several booking programs, especially Events Perfect and SABO’s online ticketing program, QLad sound program. As a trained lighting technician I also have knowledge of several lighting desks and this training with such systems has allowed me to be able to learn computer based programs quickly. In addition to this I am the co-owner of Kool Karaoke; a Perth based tour and karaoke bus. Also drive by a love of animals and the feeling I was spending too much time it dark theatres I walk dogs and pet sit in my free time. I am also a subcontractor for Data Divas a data and technical service Leah Boucher. In 2018 I head back to my home town Kalgoorlie Boulder to work for ArtGold inc to work with the local community supporting the local art and artist.
