Cost Estimation with keen knowledge of home finance products mostly HL(Home loan) & LAP (loan against property), with thorough analysis in plot loans, builder purchase, renovation/construction cases, flats, group housing, row houses, cases related to amalgamation & subdivision, etc.3. Deep analysis of upcoming projects with all possible feasibility study for proposed APF (approved project facility), vividly in construction loan plan (CLP).4. Co-ordination with External empanelled Valuation agencies in remote areas of the region to maintain minimum TAT along with monthly feedback/reviews with concerned credit team for maximum productivity.5. Key focus on minimizing the delinquency based on detailed authentication of sanctioned plans and registered technical documents of the properties from respective development authorities and municipal councils.6.
